The Factory runs exciting and engaging confectionery production tours, along with immersive chocolate workshops for kids and adults. We invite you to explore behind the scenes, where our delicious treats are made.
Make your way through the big wooden doors where you will be greeted with hundreds of amazing, locally made, exclusive products for all tastes and ages. Explore an immersive world of chocolate, nougat and much, much more. Have a sneak peek of your beloved treats coming to life through the porthole windows, or take part in a guided tour of the factory floor, and learn how our products are made.
Public Tours - Fridays
On Fridays we run Public Tours at 11am. Bookings are essential and can be made via our online booking system.
* Online bookings close off at 4 pm for the next day tours, however, we do sell Factory Tour tickets in-store on the day, if space is available.
Large Group Tours
Factory tours available for tour groups (reserved for prebooked large travel groups only) – Wednesday to Friday 11am or 1pm.
